I actually live near the Newark show. I believe there is a Donatos, an Ohio pizza chain with good, fairly fresh food, and 21st Street Grill, slightly pricey but with handmade food, City Barbecue, really good/large sandwiches, within a few minutes and there's a really good chinese place Dragon Village and soup place, The Soup Loft, two great ice cream places, Whit's (frozen custard) and Knuckleheads (like a handmade dairy queen), in Granville, a town within 15 minutes of the OSU-N/COTC campus (a liberal arts college, Denison, is located in Granville). There's also a small yarn shop, Wisp. Granville is known in the area for its small independent shops and gardens. In Newark we're also known for our Native American geometrical earthworks (http://www.ancientohiotrail.org/?q=newark_temp). I'm sure this is more than you ever wanted to know about the area but I know that when I'm on a trip the last thing I have energy for is searching for food/detailed sightseeing. Hope everything is going smoothly for you; best wishes.

I always have half-skeins available to custom order in the shop, so that way if someone wants to add a contrasting color to an inversible set, they can choose their own color for that and I can dye it for them. :)

Love your show. Have you considered adding a semi-solid skein in with one of your inverse-ables? It could make an interesting color affection shawl. Hope your weekend goes great.

Hi Lisa,
I can imagine the fun and games forvthe next couple of weeks!!! Hopefully, there won't be too much suffering for either you or Kevin. Be prepared for comments about how you injured him, size of truck/door he walked into, etc,,
I suggest he wears open-neck shirts rather than T-shirts, for ease of putting on and off. Also, buy drinking straws, to lessen the chances of any facial padding getting damp.
good thoughts on their way to you

Just a note to say hello and introduce myself, I'm Kirsty and I live in the New Forest in the UK. I follow The Knit Girllls and MSKnits, I really enjoy their videocasts and you come highly recommended. I'm on Ravelry as Shhhimcounting, I home-school my youngest son, the middle two are in college and one works in a traditional tearoom in our village as a chef. It is my 47th next week and my treat to myself is to take up spindle spinning. I am a monogamous knitter and I have Atlantic Storm by Svetlana Kolesova on my 3.5m of needles at the moment.
